To ensure your four-legged friend feels completely at home, we ask you to bring all the essentials, such as a basket, bowl, food, and favorite toys. Your pet's care and attention are entirely in your hands during your stay.

Price for your dog is EUR 29.00/night
Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash at all times outside of your room. Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not allowed in the Barbarahof SPA, restaurants, or buffet area.

Please, note that also in case of a now-show, a 100% cancellation fee of the total price will be charged.
Cancellations are only valid in writing.
In order to guarantee your booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit in the amount of 50% of the total cost of your stay.
NOT during the periodes of Christmas time and New Years time
Further, in the event of cancellation the contractual provisions of the AGB´s of the Austrian Hotel Policies and regulations apply.

Good tip:
The European Travel Insurance has currently also included cancellation and travel interruption cases in its scope of insurance.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance together with your holiday booking.

It is possible to get to the 4 Star Hotel Barbarahof Kaprun WITHOUT a motorway vignette, coming from the north via Kiefersfelden- Kufstein - St.Johann in Tirol - Kitzbühel - Pass Thurn - Mittersill or via Piding - Bad Reichenhall - Unken - Lofer – Saalfelden, as well as from the south via Udine - Tolmezzo – Plöcken Pass - Kötschach-Mauthen - Oberdrauburg - Lienz - Felbertauern – Mittersill and via Toblach - Sillian - Lienz - Felbertauern - Mittersill. With a motorway vignette, coming from the north via Salzburg - Bischofshofen - Zell am See to Kaprun and from the south via Udine - Treviso - Villach on the A10 Tauernautobahn - Bischofshofen - Zell am See to Kaprun.
