Good to know

- On arrival day rooms are ready for occupancy from 02:00 pm
- Please inform us if you will arrive later than 06:00 pm – so that we are prepared for a late-check-in.
- On departure day we beg you to go out of the rooms until the latest 11:00 am
- If your arrival is delayed or departure ahead of schedule, we will charge you with the daily room rate.
- Our daily rates are per person and per night including Barbarahof-half-board, free use of our Wellness-Vitality-SPA (600 m²) and all taxes.
- We beg you for your understanding, that in deference to allergic persons pets are not permitted in our hotel.
- In case of cancellation we inform you, that the “Austrian Hotel Policies” are effective.
- To assure your reservation definitely, we need to get a deposit: payable via bank transfer or by credit card (VISA or Mastercard).
- For payment of your hotel bill we accept EURO, cash card, Maestro, Mastercard and VISA. It’s also possible to transfer the total amount of lodging in advance to our bank account.
- Arrival without a motorway vignette is possible from Germany via Kiefersfelden- Kufstein - St.Johann in Tirol - Kitzbühel - Pass Thurn - Mittersill or via Siegsdorf - Inzell - Unken - Lofer - Saalfelden; from south via Udine - Tolmezzo - Kötschach-Mauthen - Lienz - Felbertauern - Mittersill or via Toblach - Sillian - Lienz - Felbertauern - Mittersill.
